Debate: France gets ready for the DSA

In France and Europe, new platform regulation resulting from the Digital Services Act raises high expectations, in particular when it comes to the role of the regulator.  ARCOM. The new mechanisms provided for by the DSA (trusted flaggers, threshold of active recipients, Member State cooperation…) raise legitimate questions.

To provide clarity to interested stakeholders (platforms, aspiring trusted flaggers, etc.), this panel featured ARCOM Board member Benoit Loutrel, and professionals involved for a long time in content regulation and moderation: Louis-Victor de Franssu (Tremau) and Jean-Sébastien Mariez (partner at Momentum Avocats).
