Transparency Reports
40+ metrics across content actions, takedown volumes, response times, appeal outcomes and more over time, benchmarked across platforms and covering different jurisdictions.
Every platform's risk exposure is different. But regulators compare, researchers probe, and civil society keeps digging. The disclosure ecosystem is fragmented and growing fast — and it's already shaping what's expected from platforms operating in this space.
The Hub structures that ecosystem: transparency reports, audits, risk assessments, enforcement actions and much more.
It resolves the inconsistencies, analyses the patterns across the market, and surfaces what actually matters — the context raw disclosures can't give on their own.
The Hub analyses market-wide signals across 100+ platforms, giving your team structured, decision-ready intelligence across a variety of areas:
40+ metrics across content actions, takedown volumes, response times, appeal outcomes and more over time, benchmarked across platforms and covering different jurisdictions.
Independent audit findings by compliance area and outcome, showing where the market is maturing and where challenges remain.
How platforms define, measure, and score systemic risk, and the mitigation measures they report using.
Enforcement actions mapped by regulator and platform, so you can see where scrutiny is concentrating and how it's moving.
The regulatory requirements that apply to your platform across obligations and jurisdictions.
Media narratives, civil society findings, and academic research tracked, surfacing where attention is heading and what compliance questions support your teams’ work.
Raw disclosures tell you what happened. Tremau's analysts add the market-wide perspective — interpreting signals across platforms to show what they mean, why they matter for regulatory expectations, and what to prioritise next.
We pull straight from the sources platforms, regulators, and other bodies publish. This includes mandatory and voluntary transparency reports, audit reports, risk assessments, and enforcement decisions from regulators.
The Hub already covers 100+ platforms, including every VLOP and VLOSE designated under the DSA, plus a wide range of non-VLOPs. And it keeps growing: as new platforms get designated and new disclosures land, we add them in.
Every platform reports differently, so someone has to make sense of it all. That's our analysts: they normalise the definitions and metrics before anything goes into the Hub. AI helps us handle the volume, but our analysts go into the data to surface nuances and make sure it's genuinely comparable across platforms.
One Hub. Two clicks away from the evidence, benchmark, or answer you need across teams.
Every tier starts with an onboarding call, so your team is set up around the questions you're actually working on.

Every dataset comes from primary sources, normalised by our analysts, and reviewed before publication. We use technology to handle the scale and have a QA system in place for data quality checks.
Coverage expands as new platforms are designated and new disclosures are published. Tell us what you need and we'll prioritise it on our product roadmap.
The Hub is always-on and market-wide by default, so there's no one-off study to commission or infrastructure to maintain. When you need a tailored, analyst-led read on top of it, that's what our Perspective Briefings are for.
Update frequency depends on the source. Enforcement decisions are added as they're issued. Fixed-deadline disclosures follow their publication cycle. For example, Digital Services Act (DSA) transparency reports are added bi-annually for Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs) and annually for other platforms, and DSA risk assessments and audit reports are added annually. Everything is normalised and reviewed by our team before it's published.
No. The data comes directly from regulators and platforms. We may use AI to structure it at scale, but our team reviews all outputs before publishing.
